The night before the great Myster Island livestock show Farmer Fred's prized animal has been stolen! It's up to you to investigate the island and workout whodunnit.

Blank and the case of the stolen blank is a randomly generated puzzle game, like a mix between madlibs and murdle, when you start a game your name, Fred's animal, the suspects and their motives are all randomly generated. From there clues are generated that leave only one possible configuration to ensure a unique and possible solution.

I worked on this for about 20 hours total for the Thinky Games Game Jam 5 - enjoy!

RULES (explained in game as well): In this game there are 3 suspects, each of them has a location and motive randomly assigned to them, if a location or motive is mentioned in a clue it is one linked to a suspect. If something is linked to a suspect then it is not linked to a different suspect as well, if you know something isn't linked to 2 suspects then by process of elimination it is linked to the 3rd. You must explore the island and find clues, these will either allow you to work out the suspect's locations and motives or will narrow down who the culprit could be. There are 10 clues total: you will not need them all but if you fail a minigame you may lose an important clue. Once you have solved the crime head to the town hall on the west of the island to accuse a suspect - in order to convict the culprit you will need to correctly identify their location and motive. Once you have collected clues you can use your bag in the top right to re-read them, good luck detective!
